This Intercooler Resonator delete hose fits the 2007 onwards BMW Mini Cooper S. This hose replaces the two OEM hoses and a sound resonator. The purpose of the OEM resonator is to reduce the roar / whoosh noise that can often be associated with air passing through pipe work. By removing this resonator with a smooth bore hose the resistance is reduced.

BMW 335 Diesel E90/91/92/93 replacement turbo outlet hose. A combination of heat, oil, and boost pressure at the turbo outlet expose the general weakness of the stock turbo outlet pipe, resulting in degradation of the stock hose wall and metal couplings. After suffering this hose failure (and the associated boost/power loss) customers are then faced with an expensive replacement, however poor quality, from BMW.
This hose was designed to overcome the known boost and oil leakage of the original fitment hose on the BMW 535D E60/E61. Though this normally goes undetected due to its location, eventually, total failure occurs. Our solution is a 4ply Fluorosilicone hose to withstand the temperatures and pressures involved, but more importantly resist the degradation from oil. This is combined with CNC machined alloy couplers for the perfect, no leakage fitment. Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic boost pipes used on BMW S55 engine found in the BMW F80 M3, F82 and F83 M4 models, which have been known to fail with cracks forming along the plastic welded section between the main tube and plastic coupler. Manufactured in 60mm diameter Aluminium tube with CNC machined couplers. To ensure an OEM quality fit both hardpipes have been carefully contoured to fit in the restricted space between the engine and chassis.
